Have you heard of Hungry Girl? If not, what planet have you been living on? Unless you’re a super skinny person who never has to worry about what food they put in their mouth (if you are this person, I hate you. ok, i’m just jealous of you. Sorry I said I hated you, skinny bitch.) you should have heard of Hungry Girl by now. She has an awesome website, several books and just started the second season of her cooking show. Her recipes are centered around healthy food choices. She gives the nutrition info and weight watchers points for every recipe. You can sign up for her daily newsletter for free! Do it!!!

I love Run Keeper. It is awesome. It’s great for pretty much any outdoor activity. It keeps time, distance, calories burned and a gps map of your route. It even has workouts! Check out this app for all of your outdoor cardio!
My Fitness Pal
I LOVE this app! It is a food and exercise log that calculates ALL daily nutrition info for you. I love it for a lot of reasons:
1. You can use it on your computer AND your phone. It syncs with with both so you can input info on either and it will always be up to date.
2. It has a VERY extensive food list. Pretty much every food you can eat, it has n.i. for.
3. It has really sweet graphs and charts to show your progress.
I could go on…just check it out. It’s free! Yippee! Yes, i just typed that. I’m not proud.

World, meet Cookies & Cream cookies! Cookies, world! What are cookies doing in a healthy post? These cookies are under 70 calories each!! I made these on Sunday. They were amazingly delicious. I then had to give them all away. So as not to eat every single one. So as not to completely negate the fact that they’re low cal. So as not to have to put on my cookie pants. It had to be done. But, I did save the recipe. And now I’m gonna share it with you. So you can make them. Then eat them all. Then tell me all about it. Don’t worry. I won’t judge. ![]()
Low Cal Cookies & Cream Cookies
1 box white cake mix
2 egg whites
1/3 cup oil ( I used unsweetened applesauce, which lowered the calorie count. You can use oil, if you want. I ain’t mad atcha.)
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
2- 1oo calorie packs Oreo thin crisps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix, egg whites, oil, sour cream and vanilla in a mixer for 30 seconds. Scrape the sides of the bowl. Mix for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, smash the unopened bags of thin crisps till they are all crumbled.
Stir the crumbled cookies into the batter.
Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set in the middle.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
Speaking of food, have you heard of Flat Out bread? I’m pretty much in love with it. It makes for awesome, low cal pizzas. I’ve made 3 different kinds of pizzas so far….you should buy them. Then share your pizza recipe with me. Ready, go!
Ok, one more tasty vittle, these Special K Raspberry Cheesecake bars are pretty freakin amazing. Eating just one is hard. Don’t believe me? Give them a try!
